Good to see him returning to football after his terrible illness.

Granada Reports, last night, had a great segment about him and interviewed him whilst in training at Euxton.

Great to see him back   Cool

Was on Granada Reports last night doing his training with the club. Fred Barber, Jaaskelainen and A O'Brien all there too.

I think we all know somebody who has gone through cancer and most will have lost somebody through it. Give it until the end of the match tonight and the Leicester & Scunthorpe fans will think he's a wanker.

Good luck to him.

Seems a nice guy and I hope he is over the worst of his illness , I remember when they showed footage of him in his home at christmas with his little girl and he was crying.  Was very hard to watch but hopefully life is on the up for him and his family.

I know there is an element of bias amongst Bolton fans due to our connection with him, but I have always rated Mark as about the most competent Premier ref you are ever likely to see.

Great news. Hope his recovery continues.
