Cahill, Steinsson and O'Brien all didn't make it through the Fulham match and with the City game on Tuesday, it doesn't take them long to recover.

Robinson, Knight, Ricketts and Basham finished Saturday's match with Samuel and Gardner both being overlooked - even though they were on the bench - with Shittu never even getting that far!

Assuming the three casualties from Saturday are still not available, who would your back four be against the might of Adebayor, Tevez, Bellamy, Wright-Phillips, Petrov, etc?

Pompey Hull Burnley

Hull and Burnley are getting points.  Still, I don't think it'll be us (I hope not, anyway), so I'd say Pompey, Wolves and West Ham.

Obviously depends who is fit.  Our best back 4 right now is Steinsson, AOB, Knight and Ricketts (because Samuel never gets a look).  If people come back from niggles then that'll be the back line.

It's looking like Steinsson's back but AOB is doubtful so I'd say Steinsson-Shittu-Knight-Samuel... but for some reason Samuel is overlooked at the moment for whatever reason, so sub in Robinson at LB. I still don't want to see Ricketts anywhere near the first team if we can help it.

Id put Shittu in every game as Muambas positioning sends our opponants wide so anything arial shittu and knight will deal with, Shittu and Knight are only a problem when we play a high line as a quick counter will do us.
