If I need cheering up I go on their site that they claimed was going to be bigger than BA. It's absolutely hilarious.

They're currently on about 8 posts a day. 7 of them slagging off manny and sluffy.

I posted a genuine open invitation for the official forum users to use our site, whilst theirs was off air.

I like to think that the vast majority of those who did join our site enjoyed it here - but as always there were one or two who abused our hospitality and chose not to accept this sites rules - which are basically respect your fellow posters and their views and don't post anything that breaks the law.

Unfortunately some folk could not accept even these basic rules and no longer post on here.

I have no axe to grind with anyone – if people prefer to post elsewhere then that is their choice and they are free to do so.

I have no desire to be the biggest Bolton forum around, I much prefer to have a site where people are happy to share their views about Bolton and listen to others opinions, whilst at the same time being able to have a laugh and a joke – than to have a site where personal abuse is common place and arguments abound.

If any site (or more accurately - certain individuals from that site) wants to be critical of this forum, Manny or myself, then that is up to them but it certainly is not something we will be getting ourselves involved in.

Thank goodness for Sluffy's fairness.  Wouldn't expect it from Natasha.  (S)he is incorrect about the other site; other than the fact that Tim is posting there daily and, as he is on all messageboards, like to be center of attention like Natasha.

Manny, since there are a fair few posters still here from the official board, I find it very uncool to be making sweeping negative comments about "all" of us.

For the most part you are a fair moderator; however, you and Danny have both said things that where tactless at best, for which I opted to not post a response on it.

I am happy that your site will be around for the next 12-24 months, at least, and I think you have a great site here and do a very good job, generally, in moderating.

I will give big kudos to Sluffy for both his moderating and his informative threads.

This other site has even slagged me off....and one of the posters on this thread has had a pop at BA, then obviously decided the new site is going nowhere and is back posting here.

Why are you getting so defensive , I used to use that stupid forum and im not arsed he made a comment about it. he did say and they left which implied any trouble makers have left inplying he was talking about them and not us although breeze should return as he is hilarious.
