Well if we add bury to the list we now have the following haters:

The whole of the bbc, most of the newspapers, Blackburn arent keen on us  Wink Bury(jealous bastards) and For some reason burnley, not sure why they dont like us its not like we have robbed them of a manager and the whole backroom staff that got them promoted.

Oh well!  Grin

Baz,  Wink

As for the Bury fans they'd just be pissing thereselves that our now 4th choice striker is our highest paid player and probably cripping us further into debt.

Shocked

How many more times!!!!

Sorry but how many more times........

Nugent has played for two Premiership clubs already this season - so the rules prevent him from playing for a third.

We could sign him yes - but he could not play for us until next season!

I mentioned this on the other board; there was some suggestion that, as one was a loan move, it would still be possible.

Can throw two more names in.........Andy Carroll of Newcastle and Chris Cohen of Notts Forest.  Cohen apparently commands an eye-watering 5mil fee.

Not sure why papers and sky keep linking Pompey with players, by the time the embargo is lifted theyll be a championship club or an ametuer club in the deepest depths of non league.

They couldn't afford/attract Habsi anyway, they'd be better chasing more realistic targets like Petr Cech and Pepe Reina.

Habsi has sat on our bench so long he might as well see it through till he replaces Jussi- unless he gets an offer from a top 10 team

I'd be fine with Al Habsi going on loan to gain more Premier League experience! If we sell him, then we're just plain stupid. Everyone here can see that Al Habsi is our goalkeeping future!

ANDY CARROL? Dear god

He's a good player. Strong striker and good with his head, could be our long term replacement for Super Kev- also alot more mobile than Kev.

However, I don't think we have a chance of getting him. He is Newcastle lad and he'll be starting games in the PL with his boyhood club next season, I'm sure he doesn't mind waiting 6 months nor will Newcastle want to sell him.

And with David James set to seal a loan switch to Stoke City they will be left short of options between the posts.

Stoke have ruled a loan out so unless Spuds want him perhaps, I see our man from Oman staying.

Unless Stoke go in for Ali. Its far more likley he'd go to Stoke than he'd go to Pomey.

They've put the prices up again. £5.75 now, the robbing b*stards.

Might have to switch allegiance and go to the short sighted lass down the road.

I really hope we get Weiss on loan and actually I hope we get Beckford in. Anyone with creativity and pace that Owen can add to the squad.

Beckford has withdrawn his transfer request at Leeds. Probably because he's found out nobody actually wants him!

With all the stuff about our lack of midfield quality I wouldn't mind us going for Craig Gardner or Jamie O'Hara.
