The only thing that might keep Brownie in a job for longer is the feeling that Hull owe him for the promotion and survival.

To be fair, they do, but the longer they keep him the less chance they have of surviving.

Paul Hart is the overwhelming odds-on favourite with the bookies.

Either of them are surely faves and the way everton rolled them over tonight surely browns odds will shorten.

I've just told you that Paul Hart at 4/6 is the favourite.

Brown & Megson are both 4/1 jt 2nd favs.

I dont mean with the bookies as they are not always right , by faves I just mean they will both be real candidates for the sack and I wouldnt be surprised if his odds changed by the morning.

Do you know much about bookies odds?

Paul Hart is such a clear favourite, because the bulk of the betting money has gone on him.
The bookies haven't made him favourite: the punters have.

The odds may well change, but a Carling Cup defeat won't hasten Brown's departure from the KC. Especially considering it was a Hull reserve team, with 9 changes from their last league game.

Bookies stopped taking bets on benitez due to a rumour a few weeks back so they are always changing there odds over the slighest thing but we shall wait and see as they say.
