If any of you ever head to the bottom of the forum's homepage, you will see how many posts have been made since we started out.
At the time of writing, the tally currently stands at 9179, but with all the posts that have been deleted over the time we've been online, the actual total is currently 9426.
Whoever makes the 10,000th post in our database count (not the forum tally), will be the lucky winner of a £10 gift voucher from the BWFC club shop.
In order to stop somebody winning with their first post, this will only count for people with over 50 posts. If somebody below this number make the 10,000th post, the voucher will go to the next poster (eg 10,001st, 10,002nd etc.)
So get posting, you may be able to get yourself a free key ring or something! I'm expecting us to reach 10,000 sometime over the weekend or early next week.

Well we've been very lucky getting some excellent posters over the last few months and making this site what it is. Ok, we've had one or two fall outs along the way - which is not usual - but what is pretty much unique I think is that everyone is still with us - nobody as left for good (I don't think so anyway) - certainly no bannings - and I hope everyone is fairly tolerant to everyone else despite maybe being wound-up every now and again. A great site can only become a great site because of the quality of the posters - well done everybody! Now come on that 10,000th post - yes come to daddy now! |
