Mark Davies' superb solo goal against Sheffield Wednesday last September has been voted as Bolton's Goal of the Season.
Davies' strike at Hillsborough gave Wanderers a rare away win in their first campaign back in the Championship - the first of just four successes all season.
Having picked up possession midway inside the Wednesday half, Davies had only one thought on his mind. He surged towards the edge of the box and showed superb skill to take three Owls defenders out of the game, before firing a left-footed strike into the top corner of Chris Kirkland's goal.
It was the first of six goals Davies netted during an injury-ravaged season and saw off competition from two Chris Eagles strikes, as the former Burnley midfielder finished in both second and third position for goals against Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool, respectively.
